We ship international orders to customers across Europe, the United States, Canada, and many other destinations. Available shipping services, delivery times, and costs may vary depending on the destination.
Placing an Order

Shipping Options & Costs
Depending on the destination, orders may be shipped with UkrPost, Deutsche Post, DHL or DPD.
Shipping generally costs approximately $7 – 60 USD. The exact price is calculated individually and may vary based on the destination, total parcel weight, package dimensions, and current shipping rates.
Shipping and any applicable logistics charges must be paid before the parcel is dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most international parcels arrive within approximately 3–21 days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. Customs processing, local postal services, holidays, destination country, and other factors outside our control may affect how quickly your parcel arrives.
We normally dispatch international orders three times per week.
Tracking Your Order
Every international shipment is provided with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your parcel through the tracking service of the relevant postal or courier company.

Depending on the shipping method, you can track your parcel through UkrPost, Deutsche Post, DHL, or DPD.
Payment Options for International Customers

Customs & Import Requirements
Import regulations are different in every country. Before ordering, please check whether you can legally import the products you intend to purchase into your destination country.
The customer is responsible for complying with applicable local import regulations. The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, or other fees that local authorities or carriers impose.
We prepare each order for international shipment and hand it over to the appropriate postal or courier service for delivery.
Returned International Parcels
Although most orders are delivered successfully, a parcel may occasionally be returned because of customs requirements, an unsuccessful delivery attempt, an incorrect or incomplete address, or another issue in the destination country.
If an order is returned to us, we will contact the customer to determine the available next step, such as arranging another shipment or processing an applicable refund.
Please note that shipping, courier, and logistics expenses already incurred may not be refundable. Any customs duties, taxes, or other charges imposed in the destination country remain the recipient’s responsibility.
